At the beginning of term 3, we had cooked plain bread in cooking class. My partner was Ata, we had to get all the ingredients ready and do it properly before it doesn't rise. We followed the method that our cooking teacher, Ms. Tuipolotu gave us.
The method was for PLain Bread :
Step 1: Add 2 cups of plain flour, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of sugar, 1/2 cup of oil and mix well
Step 2: In a sperate bowl two cups of warm water with 1 packet of yeast
Step 3: Mix well for 20 mins before baking at 180 degrees
And it's ready to eat
